A Girl grew up in a town that has winter all year round.
One day, on her way to school, she saw the prettiest icicle that grew on the fountain outside her home
she didn't want to lick it at first
but it was so pretty and inviting
it looked so innocent and safe
so she licked it and got the most terrible frostbite ever
not wanting to experience that again
she moved to the sunniest place she could find
and surrounded herself with warm tea and sunshine
with sunflowers and summer dresses
but in her fridge she has ten popsicles
as whenever she thinks she's brave to just lick one
she feels her little tongue hurt again
and she has to put the popsicle into the freezer
hopeful that she'd probably be able to gobble it up tomorrow
